Manager Creates a Session
Bank manager opens the ezPigmy portal and creates a Collection Session — assigning member accounts and targets to each field agent.
Session Pushed to Handheld
The session is instantly pushed to the agent's Pigmy POS machine. No need to visit the branch.
Agent Collects at Doorstep
Agent visits customers, selects the account, records the deposit, and accepts UPI, cash, or cheque on the device.
Receipt Printed + SMS Sent
The collection machine prints a thermal receipt and sends an SMS to the customer — all in seconds.
Data Syncs to Cloud
